We offer a unique selection of event furniture rentals that are perfect for creating stylish lounge spaces. We also design and fabricate custom decor, props, backdrop walls and booth displays. 

Our services are available for all types of corporate and social events, photoshoots, staging and more.

WHAT DON'T YOU DO?

The Wonder Studio is not a typical big box event rental or event planning company. We are focused on offering custom and unique event display features only. We are happy to offer referrals to companies who offer the following services.

- Event / wedding planning
- Event staffing 
- General event rentals such as tents, pop up tables, folding chairs etc. 

- Florals
- Tabletop rentals such as linen, plateware, glassware etc.
- Fencing, power, portable restrooms etc.

HOW DO I GO ABOUT RENTING FROM THE WONDER STUDIO?

You can check out our inventory here on the site then fill out a contact form and we'll be in touch within 24 hours!

DO YOU HAVE A RENTAL MINIMUM?

We require a $750 minimum for rental orders. The minimum must be reached in base rental cost, not including any fabrication fees for custom made (non-rental) items, styling / design fees, tax or delivery fees.

HOW MUCH IS THIS GOING TO COST?

Please contact us to chat about your ideas or specific needs. We'll be happy to talk ballpark numbers and once we know all your specific needs, we can provide you with a formal quote.

 

Costs vary depending on specifics but here's some ballpark numbers to give you an idea.

Small Lounge Area: $500+

Large Lounge Area: $800+

Backdrop / Arbor Rental (from current inventory): $200+

CUSTOM BACKDROP WALLS

Prices start at $500 and will vary greatly depending on size, materials and complexity.

BALLOON AND LARGE DECOR INSTALLATIONS

Basic Balloon Garland - 6ft Linear Garland with 5", 11", and 16" latex balloons: $150 

Large Balloon Garland - 6ft Linear Garland with 11", 16", 20", 24", and 36" latex balloons: $250

Custom Balloon Installation: Starts at $500

*All starting rates are for basic latex balloons. Foil balloons, confetti filled, jumbo balloons, greenery, and other additional materials increase the rates*

Streamer Fringe Garland - per 6ft Linear Garland: $200  

DO YOU DELIVER / PICK UP?

Yes! We are located in Phoenix, Arizona and deliver anywhere within 20 miles (please inquire for out of town rates).


Our in town delivery fee starts at $250 and increases based on distance, load, the complexity of set up, crew size, and any venue restrictions.

DO YOU OFFER LONGER TERM FURNITURE RENTALS FOR POP-UPS OR HOME STAGING?

Yes! Please send us details and we'll be happy to offer custom pricing for your rental needs.

DO YOU PARTICIPATE IN STYLED SHOOTS?

Absolutely! We love to participate in styled shoots when we're able.


These are our requirements: 

- Rental items are subject to a 50% restocking fee + signed contract on the total rental rate.
- All items must be picked up & returned in proper transportation. If you are using any of our furniture pieces, we do require that our team deliver these pieces to your shoot location. Standard delivery fees will be added to your proposal.
- Proper photo credit for any photo posted using any of our pieces. Credit must be via a link (on a website) or a tag on social media.
- The Wonder Studio must be the only specialty rental vendor for your shoot.

To submit a request, please send us an email with the details and a list of items you're interested in. We’ll follow up with a proposal invoice and contract.

I DON'T QUITE SEE EVERYTHING I'M LOOKING FOR, CAN YOU HELP?

Yes! We have items that are not listed in our catalog so, please inquire. Also, with enough notice, we would love the opportunity to go shopping and add it to our inventory. Otherwise, we will do our best to refer you to someone who does have it.
